Online ammunition retailer buys Windsor office buildings, land for $5.2M

CoStar 7 Waterside Crossing, Windsor

Three Windsor office buildings and some nearby vacant land have sold for $5.2 million as part of a portfolio deal, town records show.

The office properties traded hands in November. They included:

  • 21 Griffin Road N, which sold for $2.5 million (50,476 square feet, built in 2002)
  • 5 Waterside Crossing, which sold for $1.35 million (80,524 square feet, built in 1986)
  • 7 Waterside Crossing, which sold for $1.35 million (80,520 square feet, built in 1986)

Eight acres of undeveloped land at 25 Griffin Road N was also sold as part of the deal, records show. There are plans for new development on that property, according to CoStar.

The buyer was Miodrag Delmic, the owner of Cheshire-based online bulk ammunition retailer Target Sports USA who has been one of the most active commercial real estate buyers in Greater Hartford over the past year.

Delmic has scooped up a number of office, industrial and retail properties in Greater Hartford, including in Wethersfield, Cromwell and Cheshire.

The seller was major commercial-industrial landlord INDUS Realty Trust, which originally announced plans for the sale in May.

Patrick Mulready and John McCormick of CBRE represented the seller, according to CoStar.
