Orange gas station sold for $1.45M

A gas station on Post Road in Orange has been sold for $1.45 million.

Alliance Energy LLC, of Waltham, Mass., sold the gas station and convenience store at 248 Boston Post Road to Syed Sami of 248 Boston Post Road Realty LLC for $1.45 million, according to town land records.

Sami could not be reached for comment. He is listed as the president of Connecticut-based F&S Petroleum, which is a retailer for Exxon, Sunoco, Shell, Global and Mobil gas stations and convenience stores, with more than 15 locations in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

There are no plans listed with the town of Orange land use departments for renovation or expansion work to the site. 
  
The station was built in 1995 and has a 1,000-square-foot convenience store. The property has a total appraised value of $532,900 as of 2022, according to town property records.
