The new chief financial officer at Farmington-based Otis Elevator, Cristina Méndez, will receive a base salary of $700,000, with an annual target incentive package of an additional $700,000, according to a new company filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
She has also been awarded company stock equal to $2.39 million, half of which will vest in early 2027. A further 25% was delivered in restricted stock units, with 25% in stock appreciation rights.
Méndez, who was previously based in Switzerland in her role as senior vice president of finance for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, also receives a relocation package to move to Otis’ headquarters in Farmington.
