Otis promoted at Zuvic, Carr

James C. Otis

James C. Otis has been promoted to manager of engineering operations at Zuvic, Carr and Associates, Inc., a multi-disciplinary engineering firm located in Rocky Hill.

Otis will be supervising company projects in the civil and environmental departments and coordinating marketing efforts at Zuvic Carr.

He joined the firm in 2010. His professional engineering experience includes project management, staff coordination, and the oversight of design and construction efforts for a wide variety of successful private, municipal, and state projects.
