Otis Worldwide Corp. names new CFO

Farmington elevator maker Otis Worldwide Corp. has named a new executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Anurag Maheshwari has been appointed the company’s new CFO effective Aug. 12, and he will report directly to company chair, CEO and President Judy Marks.

Maheshwari will succeed Rahul Ghai, who recently accepted a new job outside of Otis, the company said.

Prior to his new post, Maheshwari served as vice president of finance, IT and chief transformation officer in the Otis Asia Pacific region. Before coming to the company he served as vice president for investor relations at L3Harris. According to Otis, Maheshwari also had positions at United Technologies Corp., Affinity Equity Partners and Harris Corp. before coming to the company.
