A nearly 18,000-square-foot industrial building in Plainville recently sold for $1.1 million to the owners of a plumbing and HVAC company located elsewhere in town.
The principals of Total Mechanical Systems — Nicholas Dell’Aera, of Bristol, and Russell Dillon, of Wolcott — are also principals of a limited liability company established for the purchase of 74 Northwest Drive in Plainville.
The 3.2-acre property hosts a brick and concrete block flex building. It was purchased by 74 Northwest Drive LLC in a deal logged Feb. 28.
The building features 14-foot-tall ceilings, heavy power and loading capacity, making it suitable for a “wide array of office and industrial tenants,” according to a description by Cushman & Wakefield, which brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.
The building had been owned by Access Management LLC.
A representative of Total Mechanical Systems was not immediately available for comment Wednesday.
