Pabich back at Simsbury Bank as director

Simsbury certified financial planner Peter C. Pabich has returned to his ex-employer, Simsbury Bank, this time taking a seat on its board.

“We are delighted to bring Peter’s extensive professional experience to our board,” said Chairman Robert J. Bogino said Friday in a statement.

Pabich has been a partner with Massachusetts’ APW Wealth Advisors LLC since 2005. Before that, he spent a decade at Simsbury Bank, as a small-business loan officer. The bank is a unit of SBT Bancorp Inc.

He also sits on the board of Boy Scouts of America. He is a past president of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce and past chair of its government affairs committee.

The West Simsbury resident is past president of the Simsbury-Granby Rotary Club, and treasurer of the Simsbury Fire District.
