A pair of neighboring apartment buildings with a total of 80 units in Hartford’s South End recently sold for $6.12 million.
In a deed recorded Aug. 2, Lakewood, New Jersey-based multifamily investor Aria Legacy Group LLC sold the buildings at 29-35 Charter Oak Ave., and 37-39 Charter Oak Place, to a Monroe, New York-based limited liability company headed by Mordechai Stern.
Both brick apartment buildings date back to the first quarter of the 20th Century, according to city assessing records.
Lizza M Cozzi of Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties acted as listing broker.
Aria Legacy Group purchased both buildings in 2016 for $4.45 million.
