Plumbing company pays $2.3M for South Windsor property

The owner of a South Windsor-based plumbing company recently paid $2.3 million for the industrial property hosting his headquarters.

JTP Properties LLC – headed by Joe the Plumber owner Joey Perras – bought a 1.8-acre property with two industrial buildings at 350 Chapel Road in a deal recorded Nov. 7.

The seller was a trust.

The property contains a 50-year-old, 29,123-square-foot light industrial building with walls of cinderblock and brick veneer. There is also a 2,500-square-foot, concrete and cinderblock building completed in 2017.

Both have 16-foot wall heights.
