Pullman & Comley announces promotions

Matthew D. Glennon
Christopher M. Rousseau

Law firm Pullman & Comley LLC announced the promotions of Matthew D. Glennon and Christopher M. Rousseau to members of the firm.

Glennon, who joined Pullman & Comley’s business organizations and finance practice in 2021, assists clients in complex business matters. He focuses on corporate and business law and financing, and has experience with mergers and acquisitions, debt transactions, advising on business formation and ownership transition matters, and serving as outside general counsel.

Rousseau joined Pullman & Comley’s real estate, energy, environmental and land use practice in 2021, and concentrates on the areas of commercial real estate, zoning and land use. He has substantial experience representing clients in acquisitions and dispositions and the development of all types of commercial real estate.
