A 10,446-square-foot Rocky Hill office building hosting a privately run children’s daycare and educational program recently sold for $3.1 million.
Berlin-based MJK Investments bought the 7-year-old building at 158 New Britain Road from 3 Bluebirds LLC in a sale recorded by the town on Feb. 27.
The property hosts The Kiddie Academy, which, according to its website, is owned by Natalia Doran.
Natalia Doran and Douglas K. Doran, who share an East Hampton address, are the principals of seller 3 Bluebirds.
James Lee, of Berlin, is principal of the buying limited liability company.
Attempts to reach Natalie Doran and Lee were unsuccessful.
