Rocky Hill retail plaza with Aldi, Kohl’s, sells for more than $12M

A commercial plaza in Rocky Hill with an Aldi grocery store and Kohl’s department store has been sold as a portfolio for more than $12 million.

The two properties at 1863-1899 Silas Deane Highway were sold by California-based Auxxi Horizon Commons LLC and Columbia Investment Group to 1863-1899 Horizon Commons LLC and principal Joseph Simhon of New Jersey for $12.6 million in a deal recorded May 15, according to town land records. 

The properties total more than 100,000 square feet of leased retail space sitting on 70 acres in the busy commercial district 

The properties were listed by NNN Pro Group in New York.
