A South Windsor industrial property that was home to Capitol Moving & Storage has sold for $5 million.
The 48,060-square-foot property at 220 Strong Road sold last month.
In addition to the property, Capitol Moving is selling its business, according to the deal’s broker, Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development.
The buyer is another United Van Lines agent, Clancy Relocation & Logistics.
Started 100 years ago, Clancy Relocation & Logistics has four other locations in Connecticut, as well as two in New York state. The company offers residential and commercial moving, storage, and logistics services to business and household customers.
The Strong Road property sits on 15.45 acres and is situated just off Route 5.
Lyman agent Sam Lyman represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.
