A New York-based commercial truck seller and a Massachusetts-based real estate investor paid $14 million and $15.2 million, respectively, for industrial properties in Enfield in separate sales logged in early September.
Gabrielli Enfield LLC, an entity tied to New York-based Gabrielli Truck Sales, paid $14 million to South Carolina-based RSP Capital Holdings LLC, for a 13.6-acre, industrially zoned property at 1 Depot Hill Road in Enfield.
The property hosts a 69,784-square-foot light industrial building with a concrete and masonry block exterior, built in 1965. It also hosts a 17-year-old, 14,640-square-foot metal-sided storage building with six bay doors.
The buying LLC shares a Queens address with Gabrielli Truck Sales. The LLC’s principals, Armando and Amedeo Gabrielli, are the president and vice president, respectively, of Gabrielli Truck Sales.
The company sells commercial-grade trucks and parts in 19 locations, including Hartford and Milford in Connecticut, with the balance in New York and New Jersey.
Attempts to reach a Gabrielli representative were not immediately successful.
A limited liability company tied to Norwalk-based real estate investor M.F. DiScala & Co. Inc. sold a 235,880-square-foot warehouse on 19 acres of industrial land to a Massachusetts-based real estate investment partnership for $15.2 million. The warehouse was completed in 1968.
Norwalk-based Enfield Distribution Center LLC – which is tied to M.F. DiScala – sold the property at 35 Manning Road to 35 Manning Enfield LLC.
The buyer’s principals are Victor C. Galvani, of Hopkinton, Massachusetts; Andrew I. Sacher, of Wellesley, Massachusetts and John R. Parsons Jr., of Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Parsons is chief executive officer and managing director for SVN|Parsons Commercial Group, a commercial brokerage and management company. Galvani is vice president of investment sales for SVN|Parsons Commercial Group, according to the company website.
Andrew I. Sacher is sole principal of real estate and advisory firm AIS|CRE.
Both companies share a Framingham, Massachusetts address.
AIS|CRE and SVN|Parsons Commercial Group are “strategically aligned, multi-faceted commercial real estate firms that fully integrate personalized brokerage services with portfolio growth and property management,” according to the their website.
Attempts to reach a representative of the AIS|CRE and SVN|Parsons partnership were not immediately successful Monday morning.
