Shelton corporate office park sells for $7.2M

A New Jersey-based real estate investment firm bought a muIti-building corporate park in Shelton for more than $7 million.

The Shelton Technology Center features more than 113,000 square feet over three buildings at 30, 50 and 70-90 Ivy Brook Road.

Eagleview Equities bought the property for $7.2 million from LNR Partners in a Sept. 26 deal.

The portfolio was about 73% leased to national tenants, including Penguin Random House LLC publishing, ADT security systems and Champion elevators. There are two vacant units in which the new owners have already seen strong interest. 

Eagleview also owns 20 Constitution Boulevard South in Shelton, and president Joel Rosenberg said the firm is looking to expand in the Connecticut market with value-add industrial and flex opportunities.
