The Hyatt House hotel in Shelton has been sold for more than $19 million.
The 127-room hotel, built in 2010, is located at 830 Bridgeport Ave.
It was sold Oct. 8 by Acrophyte Hospitality Trust to SJR Shelton LLC and principal Rich Gandhi for $19.2 million, according to town land records.
The property was updated in 2017, and features a business center, meeting and event space, pool, fitness center and restaurant.
The hotel was purchased by Hyatt Equities in 2011 for $19.9 million, according to town records.
