A three-building Bristol retail center anchored by a recently opened gym has hit the market.
The Shoppes at Larson Farms has been put up for sale and will be auctioned Sept. 9 on commercial real estate auction platform Ten-X.
The opening bid for the three properties is $5 million, according to the auction materials.
The Shoppes at Larson Farms includes three Farmington Avenue buildings — at 1345 , 1379, 1425 — with 56,271 square feet of space.
The retail center is anchored by GF Fitness, which opened in May following the closure of former tenant Esporta (L.A.) Fitness.
Other tenants within the plaza include fast-food restaurant Sonic, Chili’s and Starling Physicians.
The Shoppes at Larson Farms is owned by W/L Properties LLC, which is controlled by Stephen Larson, of Bristol, property records show.
Henri Martin, a state senator who also owns Henri Marin Real Estate, is handling the sale.
