Small dental office building in Waterbury fetches $1.1M

A roughly 42-year-old, 4,600-square-foot office building and nearly an acre of land on a busy commercial artery in Waterbury recently sold for $1.1 million.
Cova Properties LLC sold 1141 Wolcott St. to ZCLAN LLC in a deal recorded by the city June 15. The building currently houses a Columbia Dental clinic.
Olcott V. Snow, of Bristol, is principal of Cova, which paid $1.3 million for the building in 2014.
The principal of the buying LLC, Shiyun Zhou, reports her business and home address as the same Wolcott Street address of the dental office clinic, according to state business records. She reports a Flushing, New York mailing address.
