Spot-On Networks Inc. has moved its corporate headquarters from New Haven into the newly renovated Dodge Corporate Center in North Haven.

Spot-On provides multifamily and commercial buildings with on-site cellular and wi-fi services for residents and tenants.

The company was looking to move its corporate headquarters from the longtime location at 55 Church St., New Haven, which is being converted into lab space.

Spot-On has signed a five-year lease for a new 3,000-square-foot office space at 57 Dodge Ave., and the company took occupancy Feb. 1.

Stephen Press of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services, represented the tenant and said Spot-On looked at several locations for its new headquarters, zeroing in on the new Dodge center and its amenities.

The corporate office building offers tenants access to conference and media rooms, a full kitchen and a gym with showers.

LynnAnn Weed, of Weed Realty, represented the landlord, Dodge Estates LLC, in the lease.

Owned by Brooklyn-based Dodge Estates and principal Moses Singer, the 62,000-square-foot center built in 1964 was completely renovated within the last two years.

The property sits on five acres and now has a total appraised value of almost $7 million.
