Stamford plaza sells for $2.4M

Costar 59-67 Crescent St., Stamford

A Stamford retail center has been sold for $2.4 million.

Fairfield-based Policastro Realty LLC in October sold a plaza at 59-67 Crescent St., to Rebko LLC of Norwalk, and principals John Bibko, Syed Reza and Simon Bangiyev, according to city land records.

The plaza was built in 1969 and renovated in 1980.

It features multiple tenants in 15,700 square feet of space, 37 parking spaces and loading docks. It’s located close to interstate 95 and 200 feet from the Glenbook train station.

The plaza has about seven retail storefront tenants, all of which have had long-term leases. Only one space, a former dry cleaners, is vacant, soon to be occupied by a dental practice.

Agent Jeff Snell and broker Norman Lotstein of Pyramid Real Estate Group out of Stamford represented the seller. The buyer was represented by agent Chris Lara with The Febbraio Commercial Team at Berkshire Hathaway.
