Stanley to issue 50-cent dividend

New Britain manufacturer Stanley Black & Decker said it will issue on June 17 a second-quarter dividend of 50 cents to shareholders of record as of June 4.

The company said the payment will extend its record for the longest consecutive annual and quarterly dividend payments among industrial companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
