South Windsor financial firm Rehab Cash Now originated $25 million in loans in the first half of 2013, up from $9 million in the first six months of 2012, according to a report from the company.
Those totals are comprised of 75 loans in 2013 vs. 45 loans in the first two quarters of 2012. Its loans are typically for housing and real estate projects.
The bulk of the company’s portfolio is $22 million in Connecticut projects, mostly in Hartford, New Haven, and Bridgeport.
Rehab Cash Now is a division of Entertainment Financial, which was founded by Don Vaccaro, who also founded TicketNetwork. Both companies are based out of the same building in South Windsor.
