The chain specializes in Nashville-style chicken and has opened nine stores since it was founded in 2019.
The second-fastest growing business in the Nutmeg State during the three-year period was Copyleaks, which experienced 1,310% growth in revenue over the three-year period. The Stamford-based software company, which uses AI-powered text analysis to identify potential plagiarism and uncover AI-generated content, ranked 330th nationally.
Connecticut had three other businesses in the top 1,000: Stamford-based roofing company Gunner (622% growth; No. 793), RealGrader, a Fairfield-based platform that measures and manages digital marketing (618% growth; No. 800) and Milford-based nonalcoholic brewery Athletic Brewing Co. (533% growth; No. 955).

The fastest-growing business in the country was Hoboken, New Jersey-based Vytalize Health with 90,779% revenue growth over three years. The company developed a risk-bearing enablement platform that provides a care delivery system for health care clients.
The Inc. 5000 ranks companies according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 through 2023. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies.
Last year, 45 Connecticut businesses ranked in the Inc. 5000.
