A three-story building in Norwalk with four retail spaces and nine apartments has come off the market for $2.6 million, according to the deal’s listing broker.
Choyce Peterson has confirmed that Strawberry Hill Realty LLC, controlled by Khurram Nomani, has bought the 9,768-square-foot building at 115 Main St., from 115 Main Street Norwalk LLC, controlled by Frank Fraulo.
The brick building, which houses 2,710 square feet of retail space and 7,058 square feet of residential space, contains three apartments with one bedroom and six units with two bedrooms, a brochure for the property shows.
All retail and residential spaces have tenants, the brochure said.
The structure, which 115 Main St. Norwalk LLC bought for $1.28 million in 2012, was appraised at $1.72 million and assessed at $1.2 million in 2023, according to the city’s property records.
It sits on a 0.15-acre parcel and was built in 1880.
