Torrington-based behavioral health network pays $1.85M for Waterbury office building

The Torrington-based McCall Behavioral Health Network recently paid $1.85 million for an 18,879-square-foot office building near Waterbury Hospital.
McCall Foundation Inc. bought the two-story, century-old brick office building at 969 West Main St., from Waterbury-based E and A Realty LLC through a deed recorded by the city on April 3. The property included vacant land and a parking lot on several surrounding addresses, for a total of 1.12 acres.
E and A Realty, whose principal is Ehab I. Marshal, paid $1.54 million for the building in late 2020.
McCall is a nonprofit network of behavioral healthcare providers across western Connecticut. The group’s 2022 tax returns report 236 employees and $20.85 million in revenue.
