Travelers Tower lit in blue and yellow for Ukraine

The Travelers Tower in downtown Hartford will shine in blue and yellow every night through Sunday to show solidarity with Ukraine.
Company officials said the display started Thursday night. The lights will come on every night through March 6, starting at sunset.
Ukraine has been under siege since Feb. 24, when Russian military forces invaded. Major cities have been bombed and around a million people have fled west as refugees.
Numerous companies and government offices around the world have been lit in blue and yellow as a means of expressing support for the embattled country.
The Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport is planning a similar display tonight, with plans to light the venue in the national colors.
