Trio of three-families sells in Bristol for $1.19M

A trio of adjacent three-family apartment buildings in Bristol that sold for $750,000 in October recently sold again for $1.19 million.

Branford-based 62 Jefferson Ave LLC bought the three, two-story buildings on nearly a combined acre at 62, 68 and 76 Jefferson Ave., through a single deed recorded in October.
The 1966-vintage properties were then sold by 62 Jefferson Ave LLC to Zudi Elezovski through three deeds recorded by the city on Monday.

The buildings at 62 and 76 Jefferson Ave. are 2,968 square feet each. The building at 68 Jefferson Ave. is slightly smaller, at 2,912 square feet, according to assessing records.

Thuyan Tran, managing partner of Hartford-based Oxford Realty, was the selling broker.
