Two area real estate firms join forces

Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio partners John Wareck and Frank D’Ostilio have welcomed the firm of Frank Hoinsky Real Estate to the company.

“We are delighted to have Frank and his team join our Woodbridge office,” said D’Ostilio in an announcement.

Frank Hoinsky and his sons, William Hoinsky and Robert Hoinsky, along with Realtor Catherine Delgado are moving to Real Living.

“This is a great fit and a logical extension of our marketplace,” Wareck said. “Frank Hoinsky Real Estate is an incredibly successful company with years of servicing satisfied clients with all their real estate needs.”

Frank Hoinsky, whose company has been based in Ansonia, has over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial sales and rentals throughout the Valley area and Fairfield County. 

“I wanted to join a company that had similar goals,” Hoinsky said. “My team and I are excited to be affiliated with this progressive and growing company.”

Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio has offices in New Haven, Milford, Woodbridge and Branford and is part of the Real Living Network of Home Services of America, a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate.

Kimra Pierre joins Pearce Real Estate's Milford office

Kimra Pierre has joined the Milford office of Pearce Real Estate as a residential sales associate.

“We are excited to welcome Kimra into our Pearce Real Estate family and look forward to her having a very successful career with us,” said Barbara L. Pearce, chair and CEO.

“Kimra’s desire to expand into Connecticut shows she understands the dynamics of the current market and is now well-positioned to assist her New York Metro clients’ transition into residence in Connecticut,” Pearce added.

Pierre received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the College of Westchester and studied at the New York Institute of Art and Design with a focus on interior design and home staging.
