Two Cheshire parcels totaling 1.65 acres and 13,000 square feet have sold for $1.9 million.
The sale included an 1,858-square-foot former gas station/mini-mart property on 0.43 acres at 831 South Main St., and an 11,100-square-foot retail space and commercial garage on 1.22 acres at 849 South Main St.

Toby Brimberg and Rich Guralnick, CCIM of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, Danaher Realty LLC. Buyer, Sami Jamal was represented by Katherine Curry and Gary Pruitt of Century 21 in Glastonbury.
The new owners say they have plans to fully upgrade the building and grounds and will be affiliated with a major national-brand gas company.

James F. Perrella has leased a 1,212-square-foot unit at 193 Bridgeport Ave., Milford. Perrella is the owner of an eponymous insurance agency formerly located on Main Street in Stratford. He wanted to relocate to his hometown of Milford. The landlord is Naugatuck Junction, LLC, which was represented in the transaction by Bill Clark of the Geenty Group, Realtors. Erik Smith of Coldwell Banker in Orange represented the tenant.

137 Mattatuck Heights, Waterbury
Water-filtration product maker Koslow Technologies has leased 15,000 square feet in a 45,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 137 Mattatuck Heights, Waterbury. The deal leaves approximately 30,000 square feet of warehouse and office space still to be spoken for in the structure. Bob Bowden and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency in Waterbury represented the landlord in the deal, while Koslow was represented by Giglio Commercial Real Estate.
