David M. Drew and Robert F. Edmunds Jr., two long-time directors of Farmington Bank and its parent, have retired.
First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc. said both men retired, effective with the holding company’s annual meeting on Wednesday.
The bank did not say whether they would be replaced. A spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Drew, former owner and president of Briarwood Printing Co. in Plainville, has been a member of Farmington Bank’s board since 1991 and a member of First Connecticut’s Board since 2011. He most recently served on the compensation committee.
Edmunds, chairman of Edmunds Manufacturing in Farmington, has been a bank director since 1989, and sat on the parent’s board since 2011. He most recently chaired the compensation committee and sat on the governance committee.
