Danbury-based Union Savings Bank announced this month that Dianne Provenzano has joined the bank as vice president, head of treasury services.
In this role, Provenzano, a Bristol resident, is responsible for the development, marketing and delivery of the bank’s non-credit corporate cash management and electronic banking services for corporate and municipal customers.
Provenzano also oversees the sales and operations of the treasury department and collaborates with the bank’s business partners on developing new business.
Provenzano worked for the past 17 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently as vice president, treasury solutions officer.
Rick Judd, executive vice president, branch banking, treasury services & wealth management, mortgage & consumer lending for Union Savings, said Provenzano’s background working with large corporate and public sector and commercial clients, both regionally and nationally, make her an ideal fit.
“We’ll rely on her to help our existing and future business and municipal customers better manage cash flow and streamline payables and receivables, all of which are crucial in today’s environment,” Judd said.
