Urgent care provider buys East Haven medical office for $2.5M

A doctor who is a principal in a Connecticut urgent care provider has purchased an East Haven medical office building for $2.5 million.

The 24,272-square-foot Class A building at 317 Foxon Road sold in February.

The buyer was Dr. Jasdeep Sidan, who is listed as a principal of DOCS Medical, which is a tenant in the building and provides urgent care services in 10 locations in southern Connecticut, according to deal broker O,R&L Commercial LLC.

The seller was Five Dees LLC, which is controlled by Mark Dilungo.

Other tenants in the building include: Ophthalmic Consultants of CT, software companies Nexgen and Specialized Data and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

The property was built in 2007, sits on 2.06 acres and has 105 parking spaces.
