A fully gutted and empty apartment building in Hartford’s Asylum Hill neighborhood has sold for $425,000 to a buyer who plans to bring the property back online, a broker said.
The Victorian building at 360 Laurel St. sold in November to Anisha LLC, which is controlled by managing member Matthew Dean Haubrich, state records show.
The buyer intends to renovate and bring the property back to use, according to Tess Cullen of Chozick Realty Inc., who brokered the sale.
According to a sales flyer the property can accommodate 18 rental units -- including 15 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom dwellings.
The seller was 360 Laurel Street LLC, which is controlled by Zvi Horowitz and Samuel Pollak out of New York.
