Vernon property hosting Wendy’s restaurant sells for $2.87M

A pair of Massachusetts investors recently paid $2.87 million for a Vernon property hosting a Wendy’s Restaurant.

RR Vernon II LLC sold the 2,643-square-foot restaurant building on 2.2 acres at 145 Talcottville Road, to Vernon 145 LLC, in a deal recorded by the town on Jan. 22.

The principals of the buying LLC, Jian Qing Zheng and Wang Feng Ye, share an Andover, Massachusetts address, according to state business records.
