A West Hartford office-warehouse building sold recently for $882,500, brokers say.
Arthur Peterson and Linda Pountney sold the 24,164-square-foot building on 1.1 acres at 121 Talcott Road, near the West Hartford-Hartford border, to 121 Talcott Road LLC, said seller's broker Sentry Commercial.

Of the space available, approximately 124,500 square feet is warehouse space that can be subdivided, said listing broker Sentry Commercial.
Previously, the building had been listed last fall as available for lease or sale at $6.95 million. The property is no longer for sale, Sentry said.

The asked rent is $2.95 a foot.

The lease rate is $5 per square foot. The building's total size is 194,000 square feet.
TicketNetwork owns the building.

At 545 Stanley is a three-story, three-family residential building with 6,192 square feet.
551 Stanley is a three-story, four-family building with 7,570 square feet.
