Wethersfield industrial property sells for $2.5M

CoStar 61 Arrow Road, Wethersfield

A Wethersfield industrial building leased by numerous tenants has sold for $2.5 million, town records show.

The 41,040-square-foot property at 61 Arrow Road sold last month.

The buyer was Dajana Delmic, who, along with her husband Miodrag Delmic, owns Cheshire-based online bulk ammunition retailer Target Sports USA.

The Delimics have been on a Greater Hartford buying spree in recent months and many of their purchases involved investment properties unrelated to their core business.

In late April Miodrag Delmic purchased the Crossroads Plaza neighborhood center in Cromwell  for $5.1 million and in November they bought the former Wethersfield headquarters of the now defunct healthcare consultancy Qualidigm (936 Silas Deane Highway) for $2.2 million, among other recent deals.

The seller of the 61 Arrow Road Wethersfield property was Russell Road Properties LLC.

That building was erected in 1965, underwent a renovation in 2006 and was fully leased at the time of the sale, according to CoStar.

The three-story building sits on 5.63 acres and has 110 parking spaces.
