Whittlesey announces new managers

Hartford-based accounting and consulting firm Whittlesey has named two new managers, Dale C. Boutot and Sarah O’Neil.

Boutot has joined Whittlesey as a senior tax manager in Hartford, bringing over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in closely held businesses and their owners, providing tax, assurance and consulting services.

O’Neill has joined Whittlesey’s Hamden office as a tax manager. With more than five years of public accounting experience, including time at a global firm, she specializes in federal and state tax compliance, serving clients in the consumer products, manufacturing and professional services industries.
