Window-and-door manufacturer Marvin has agreed to lease a 185,600-square-foot logistics center under construction in Windsor, according to sources familiar with the transaction.
The Minnesota-based company employs more than 7,000 nationally, according to its website.
A representative for Marvin responded to questions with an email saying more information would be forthcoming soon.
Braintree, Massachusetts-based Condyne Capital Partners LLC declined to identify the tenant. Condyne is the developer behind the 185,600-square-foot logistics building at 205 Baker Hollow Road.
Shawn McMahon, a managing director with Jones Lang LaSalle, confirmed a long-term lease had been signed for the building but declined to disclose the tenant. JLL acted as listing broker for the property.
The building is part of a larger Condyne Logistics center campus in Windsor. Located close to Interstate 91, the concrete building will feature 32-foot wall heights, 36 dock doors, one drive-in door and 45 trailer parking spaces, according to Condyne.
It is scheduled to be completed this fall.
