Lifeway Church purchased an 11,000-square-foot retail building on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington for $530,000.
Berlin Turnpike of Newington LLC sold the 1.82-acre property, formerly a daycare center, at 2172 Berlin Turnpike to Dalbergia LLC, said Hartford broker Colliers International.
Eljen Corp. signed a long-term lease for 32,768 square feet of industrial space in Windsor.
Founded in 1970 and previously based in East Hartford, the maker of prefabricated drainage systems leased space at 90 Meadow Road from landlord 90 Meadow Road LLC, said landlord’s broker Colliers International.
Turf Products leased 12,800 square feet of light-industrial space in Bloomfield.
Enfield-based Turf Products signed its lease at 460 Woodland Ave. with landlord Frank Sponzo, said Hartford broker Colliers International.
ARAMSCO Inc. leased 5,000 square feet in a Wallingford distribution-warehouse.
ARAMSCO, a supplier of goods and services to environmental-safety and disaster-response contractors, signed with landlord DFP Enterprises LLC for the space at 2 Toells Road, said Hartford broker Colliers International.
