Windsor Locks retail strip sells for $2.36M

A 7,890-square-foot retail strip plaza just outside Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks recently sold for $2.36 million.
A limited liability company tied to Springfield, Massachusetts-based real estate developer Colvest Group sold the 2005-vintage retail property on 1.4 acres at 209 Ella T. Grasso Turnpike to Zaina Property Group LLC.
The buying LLC lists a Hartford address. Its principals include Tariq Javaid and Nadia Javaid, who share a Westbury, New York, residence, according to state business records; and Mannawar Hussain, of Floral Park, New York.
