Winstanley added to BioCT board

BioCT, a trade group that represents the state’s bioscience industry, has added developer Carter Winstanley to its board.

Winstanley is a principal of development and real estate investment firm Winstanley Enterprises. In New Haven alone, Winstanley has played a key role in acquiring and redeveloping nearly 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate, much of it devoted to the life sciences industry.
