Mergers-and-acquisitions firm Woodbridge International named Jane M. Macina to the post of vice president, the company announced Wednesday.
In her new role, Macina will work with wealth managers and their business-owner clients on preparing for transactions, with a focus on realistic value ranges, optimal timing for a sale and common pitfalls. She will report to Senior Managing Director Larry Reinharz.
“Jane will be instrumental to the success of our future new business efforts,” Reinharz said in a statement. “We are fortunate to have her on our team, and her experience, integrity and enthusiasm will enable us to positively transform more business owners’ lives.”
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Macina worked for Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, and she has 25 years of experience working with business owners as both a commercial lender and wealth manager.
Macina earned a bachelor’s degree in economics/finance from the Rutgers School of Business and is certified as a coach through Erickson International.
Woodbridge International, located at 1764 Litchfield Turnpike, specializes in selling companies ranging from $5 million to 150 million in revenue.
