Woodstock farm property, with vineyard and brewery, hits market for $3.8M

A farm property that hosts a Connecticut vineyard, winery and brewery has hit the market with an asking price of $3.8 million.

The 43-acre Taylor Brooke farm property in Woodstock, at 848 Route 171, has been listed for sale by Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices.

There are three structures on the property that are part of the listing, including a: 

  • 7,122-square-foot winery with a wine-making facility, tasting pavilion, retail space and cocktail bar;
  • 5,884-square-foot brewery featuring a beer production facility, commercial kitchen, taproom, retail space and outdoor patio; and a
  • 2,400-square-foot custom-built grand Cape residence.

The sale includes all business assets associated with the property, including an established wine product line, according to the listing. 

The winery was established in 1999 by owners Richard and Linda Auger. 

The current owner of the property is Taylor Brooke Farm LLC, which is controlled by Linda S., Corey and Nicole Auger, and Ralph Fiegel, of Massachusetts, state records show.
