Mazzotta Rentals was originally founded in 1963 as a construction company. Today, it is one of the largest and fastest growing independent equipment rental providers in New England, with three locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and plans for locations in New York and throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Mazzotta provides equipment rentals, sales and service to a wide variety of commercial, industrial, retail, residential and municipal customers. Recently, Mazzotta Rentals appointed Thomas Caldaroni as its new Chief Administrative Officer. Caldaroni has held numerous leadership roles with operational and financial responsibilities for Fortune 500 companies, including DaimlerChrysler, Pitney Bowes and Terex Corporation, as well as smaller and medium-sized enterprises. Most recently, Caldaroni served as CFO of ABLE Equipment Rentals Inc. of New York.

Additionally, Mazzotta Rentals has appointed Chris Pera as COO. Pera recently oversaw the growth and transformation of ABLE Equipment Rentals Inc., positioning the organization for expansion by implementing systems and metrics that provided remarkable success to the company’s operational performance. Furthermore, he founded the HiReach Group LLC, a startup aerial lift rental company acquired by Sunbelt Rentals just two years after formation, and he has held numerous key leadership roles in the equipment rental industry, including regional manager for Sunbelt Rentals, and president of Modern Equipment Sales & Rentals.
