This includes helping Hartford Healthcare expand its footprint of suburban medical centers throughout Hartford County, representing Starling Physicians in a 140,000-square-foot medical sale-leaseback, and brokering the sale of an 82,000-square-foot medical office portfolio in Manchester to Davis Real Estate Services Group for $25.8 million.

O,R&L also secured a tenant for Permasteelisa North America’s 330,000-square-foot flex building within six months and leased a majority of the 650,282-square-foot campus at 75 Aircraft Road to 3PL Worldwide.
