Orlando Annulli and Sons Inc. is a fourth-generation, family-owned contractor that offers the services of commercial general contracting, construction management and design-build.

Founded in 1948 by Orlando Annulli and his father, Guglielmo, OA started by building and remodeling homes. As time passed, the company continued to grow, and Orlando took on his first commercial project in 1958.

Current president Lon Annulli joined the company in 1976 and helped steadily grow it into the commercial contractor it is known as today, with years of success and many repeat customers. Lon has a long history of delivering projects ahead of schedule, under budget and marked by polite customer service.

Adam Annulli, the fourth generation of OA, has grown up in the industry and traditions that his great-grandfather, grandfather and father have taught him over the years. He joined the company in 2006 and currently runs the day-to-day operations with the values and traditions that he grew up with. He looks to continue to grow the company, introduce new traditions and continue the ones that have been instilled within him, as the construction world continues to evolve.

OA has a very passionate team of qualified office and field staff and a dedicated pool of contractors that it works with to help create successful projects. Whether it is an 800,000-square-foot distribution center or a small interior office buildout, OA takes the time to ensure that all the requirements of its projects are met and then does its best to exceed expectations. As Lon Annulli has always said, “Big or small, we build them all.”

Located in Manchester for the last 77 years, OA works throughout the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Its projects run the gamut from office, retail, multifamily, commercial and industrial buildings to facilities used for manufacturing, recreation, government, and research and development. In addition to general contracting, the company offers a full-service Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal building division.
