POST PANDEMIC

Despite the challenges of the past year and a half, we have demonstrated together that while we are physically apart, the power of community has never been stronger. COVID-19 forced us to approach our work differently – with many workplace campaigns, events and volunteer opportunities making the move to virtual. While some of our methods have changed, United Way remains steadfast in its commitment to children, adults and families. The goal is not to get back to where we were, it’s to build back better, to a future with more equitable outcomes for all. That’s what it means to LIVE UNITED.

“I’m very proud of my association with United Way. Paula Gilberto and her team do a tremendous job of reaching into the community and providing the tools people need to improve their circumstances and their lives. There’s been a big emphasis on kindness stemming from our shared COVID-19 experience. United Way’s work and supporters are kindness personified.”
